Catering to a global audience, Stanislav Academy offers online Russian language courses that emphasize an engaging and efficient learning experience. We have sold more than 190 000 internationally acclaimed textbooks "Poekhali" created by our school founders. Spanning 4 books and 2 workbooks, the series is used at universities and language schools from Brazil to Japan and from Canada to Australia and consistently ranks among the best-selling Russian language resources globally.. -
We provide specialized courses for both novice and experienced teachers of Russian as a Foreign Language (РКИ). These programs focus on practical teaching methods, integrating modern linguistic and psychological insights to enhance instructional effectiveness. -

- Stanislav ChernyshovAcademic DirectorStanislav is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University, co-founder of Extra-Class Language Center/Stanislav Academy (St.Petersburg, Riga), and the author of worldwide famous “Poekhali!” course books and Active Russian Grammar self-study platform. He has developed a teachers' training programs and gives workshops all around Europe. He's currently teaching at Graz University Institut für Slawistik in Austria.
- Alla ChernyshovaCEO, teacher, co-authorAlla Chernyshova has degrees from St. Petersburg Institute of Foreign Languages and St. Petersburg State University, she's a co-founder of Extra-Class Language Center/Stanislav Academy (St.Petersburg, Riga), and the co-author of worldwide famous “Poekhali!” course books and Active Russian Grammar self-study platform.
- Irina BelyaevaTeacherIrina seeks to combine solid academic quality with a fun teaching approach in her lessons. She has a Master's degree in Russian Philology and Culture and another one in Philosophy and History of Religion, which inspire and shape her way of teaching.
